IOF Opens Fire at Palestinian Civilians North of Beit Lahiya, One Person Injured

At approximately 3:40 pm on Friday 25 January 2013, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened heavy live ammunition and gas canisters at a number of Palestinians who were in Buret Abu Samra area near the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel north of Beit Lahiya. They were about 300 meters away from the fence when the IOF opened fire at them. As a result, Adham Abdullah Ad-Dabji. 19, was injured in the mouth. Medical sources at Kamal Odwan Hospital described his injury as minor. 
According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, the firing lasted for about two hours.
